CAP program!
The CAP program is primarily tailored to the needs of Christian displaced persons and the struggle for Christian values in the individual states.
It is unacceptable that Article 18 of the general human rights law assures people that they can practice their religion freely, but then either face great difficulties in the country or are expelled altogether.
Article 18 (Freedom of thought, conscience, religion)
Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change religion or belief and freedom, alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest one’s religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.
You have a right to freedom of expression, but this is constantly restricted by laws:
Article 19 (Freedom of opinion and information)
Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference, and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.
