You have a right to financial security. But the people still have to starve in poverty.
Article 25 (right to welfare)
1. Everyone has the right to a standard of living sufficient for himself and his family to be healthy and well-being, including food, clothing, housing, medical attention and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, Invalidity or widowhood, old age or other loss of one’s own means of subsistence due to circumstances through no fault of one’s own.
2. Mothers and children are entitled to special care and support. All children, whether legitimate or extramarital, enjoy equal social protection.
